2011-2012 Sting Soccer Tryouts

All parents of players attending tryouts are required to attend a short meeting as soon as check in is complete and we get the players out on the field on the first night of tryouts while your player is on the field.

We would prefer everyone participate in online registration, but if you desire a paper form, CLICK HERE. 

Fees listed below are the club & seasonal registration fees. THESE ARE NOT TRYOUT FEES - WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE TRYOUTS. Players who are not selected or who choose not to commit to a team by the designated date (June 13th) will have their registration payment returned.  If a player makes a team and commits to that team, all registration fees become non-refundable. Spring registration fees for all players must be paid in full prior to the end of fall season. Deadline date is October 15th.


All tryouts (Boys & Girls) will be held at Canfield Middle School - 15th & Dalton

      U10            Mon 6/6 AND Tues 6/7         6:00 - 7:30 PM

U11 & U12      Tues 6/7  AND Thurs 6/9     4:00 - 5:30PM

U13 & U14      Tues 6/7  AND Thurs 6/9     6:00 - 7:30PM

U15 - U18        Monday Only 6/6                  4:00 - 5:30 PM

We will be taking credit cards on line this year with the option of a ONE-Time Payment for the entire year OR 4 easy automatic payments. 
CREDIT/DEBIT Card Options are ONLY available with On-Line Registration. Payments may also be made by check, exact cash or money orders.

4 Payment Dates will be: Date of Online Registration, August 5, September 5 and October 5th

If you register and make your first payment on line, the player needs no additional paperwork the night of tryouts.
If you plan to pay or make your first payment by Check, Money Order or Exact CASH, please bring to tryouts.

2010-2011 Fee Information
FEES: Because our players and families did such an incredible job of selling the ultimate goal raffle tickets and our board keeping very close track of expenses and the budget, our fees will NOT be going up again this year. (5th year in a row)

U10 - U12    $125/Fall     &     $125/Spring   

U13 - U14     $175/Fall    &     $175/Spring   

U15 - U18     $225/ SPRING ONLY

ADDITIONAL FEE NOTE:  NSF check charge is $25
LATE PAYMENTS: Subject to $10 late payment fee.  Player accounts must be kept current for players to be eligible to play.

To be in compliance with new Idaho Youth Soccer Association (IYSA) rules, players may try out but not commit to a team until June 13th. Once a player does commit to a team, it is for the entire seasonal year through July 31, 2012. Complete IYSA and Sting Soccer Club tryout rules and Age Division birth date information will be posted on our website soon.

AGE GUIDELINES

CAUTION: If your player is too young for U10 by ONE year, you may complete a paper form and come to the U10 tryouts to see if your player is ready. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER A FALSE BIRTHDATE in the system for it to accept your registration. Playing up the first year does not guarantee that your player will continue to play up in the following years. Those are decided by the Director of Coaching on a case by case basis.

U-10 - born between August 2001 and July 2002
U-11 - born between August 2000 and July 2001
U-12 - born between August 1999 and July 2000
U-13 - born between August 1998 and July 1999
U-14 - born between August 1997 and July 1998
U-15 - born between August 1996 and July 1997
U-16 - born between August 1995 and July 1996
U-17 - born between August 1994 and July 1995
U-18 - born between August 1993 and July 1994
